Schaumburg Luxury Apartments

Living at Element for the past year has been great! It’s clean, quiet, modern, and very rarely has any maintenance issues. If there are any issues, they are fixed almost immediately. The management staff has always been pleasant and very accommodating. Heather is always available to assist and does so expeditiously. After touring 10s of other apartments in an effort to be closer to work, nothing was able to compare to Element. It’s in a great location and the amenities are impossible to beat. There are more cost-effective options out there, but you truly get what you pay for with Element. It is certainly worth the extra cost for how comfortable it is to live here. Highly recommended!

My boyfriend and I have lived at Element for the last year and we love it. The apartments are beautiful and modern, the amenities are great and the staff are polite and friendly. With this being our first home together, we feel appreciative that we found Element. We signed another lease and definitely recommend living here!

Even though I thought it was a little pricy, I loved living there. The management was great. Mara was so helpful and positive! The apartments are modern, clean, and so is the common area. Pool was well maintained, so was the grass. I would definitely consider moving back if I needed to end up in Schaumburg again.

I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience here. In fact, after living in a one bedroom here for about a year, my girlfriend and I decided to get a two bedroom in this same building. I love how modern it is and the location is also fantastic. Honestly, I would say the best surprise has been just how wonderful the management team is. All of my interactions with Mara, Heather, and Mark have been great. My dog, Finley, can be a bit anxious, especially in the hallways, and they have been so understanding and kind whenever we've run into them. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. :)

Element at Veridian is Awesome, everything is great! Even thought I only stayed here for not a long time, but I love this place more and more! It’s safe, warm, beautiful with lots of care and love! I will always remember my time here fondly and will certainly recommend this property to others. Heather, the manager is such a great person, always being kind, thoughtful and approachable! She made this place so warm and welcoming! I really appreciate all the exceptional service and dedication!

My wife and I have been living here a little less than a year. We are very impressed with the size of the unit, the amount of living space in the main area, the cabinets and counters in the kitchen, the large bathrooms and the incredible amount of closet space. We also appreciate our own laundry room. The public space feels more like a 5 star resort than an apartment. The gym is fully equipped, the pool area is great and the outdoor space with its many grills, tables with umbrellas, and fire pit is awesome. The great room is the nicest one we've ever seen. The kitchen area is separate but attached to a great party room with a pool table, and a fireplace. And everything is meticulously maintained. Last but not least, the staff here is above and beyond. On the rare occassion we've needed help with something inside the apartment, Mark and Rick respond immediately and take care of whatever issue we're having. The office staff, Heather, Mara and Guste are amazing. They're incredibly nice, but also highly efficient

We've been here approximately 9 months, and I can't sing my praises highly enough. The Great Room, which is beautiful and extremely comfortable, is usually open to all, but can be rented for a private party. I rented it for a wedding shower and my guests were truly impressed. The work out and yoga rooms are clean, and very comfortable and always available. The outdoor area and pool feel like a five-star resort. The staff, Heather, Mara, Mark and Rick are exceptional, with just incredibly prompt, professional service. They have a guest suite which puts nearby hotel rooms to shame and for an extremely reasonable rate. In addition to ample outdoor parking, they have indoor parking on all four floors which is very convenient, and they have personal storage and a DIY room in addition to office space available for rent. Bike storage is free. It's a very nice and very safe place to live. We are incredibly happy and comfortable here.

Awesome community! From the day I moved in, everything has been perfect. Leasing staff is really friendly and super helpful. Heather assisted me with my application, and she is amazing and super quick in processing everything to having my apartment ready in 2 days!

I've lived at this property for 3 years, and I have to say the experience has been exceptionally smooth. The folks down in the leasing office are very helpful and responsive, the maintenance staff is courteous and thorough, and the property is beautifully maintained throughout the year. Neighbors are all young professionals and young families. This property is also conveniently located right off I-90, and is a short 5 minute drive from IKEA, Costco, Woodfield Mall, and a ton of dining options. Highly recommend!!!!!

I absolutely love this property, we had a party in the rec room, which is hands down beautiful, especially with all the Christmas decorations with the fireplace. Cheri was awesome. She made sure we had everything we needed for our guests and told us all the different options for food to be delivered along with entertainment for after our event.

The property is fantastic. The amenities are great and the apartments have upgraded features and are spacious. Cheri was great and was patient in showing us a variety of apartments at different locations in the building. My son and myself enjoyed the property so much that we applied for a lease on the spot and move-in in a few weeks.
